I am looking at this old oak tree that stands right on the edge of As Hoved in East Jutland. From this angle, you can se how close it is to the edge. I wonder how long it will be allowed to stand there, as the sea is constanly eating of the cliff. Maybe it will disappear in the next storm, maybe it will stand for another 50 years. I don’t know, but you can still enjoy the sight of the beautiful oak – and even have it hanging in your home.

Out on the very edge of As Hoved in East Jutland in Denmark stands this old oak tree. It is quite close to the coastal cliff, which is slowly being eroded by the sea. It probably won’t survive for long, but for now, the proud oak tree stands its ground at the very edge of As Hoved.
